• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.
• Candidate should use Google Maps to determine if the drive time from residence to job location is within a 15 to 20 -minute drive.
• Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work indendently without being micromanagaed.
• Candidate must be available between the hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM - seven days per week. Availability does not mean candidate will work 7 days Days off each week vary per schedule.
• Hours vary from week to week with an average of 20 hours or less
• Candidate is given a schedule each week so candidate knows iin advance which days to report to work for the next week.

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at our customer's facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized environmen
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Let supervisor know when cleaning supplies need restocked
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals

Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
• Ability to maintain facilities to high cleanliness standards
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and management efficiently
